Trung Doan, CPCU, RPLU, ASLI is Second Vice President at United States Liability Insurance Group (USLI). Prior to joining USLI in 2008, he was a Personal Lines Underwriter at King Insurance Support Systems. He is a California State University, Fullerton graduate with a degree in Finance. Trung is a proud member of Gamma Iota Sigma and one of the co-founders of Emerging Insurance Professional’s Orange County Chapter. In addition to his passion for the Insurance Industry, he is an avid Denver Broncos fan.
Krista Hartin is an Executive Life Sciences Underwriter at The Hanover Insurance Group. In her ten plus years of industry experience, she has also held underwriting positions at Travelers, Fireman’s Fund Insurance
Company and Chubb Insurance Group. She holds a BA in Social Sciences from California State University,
Stanislaus. In her spare time she enjoys giving back to the community and volunteering for Second Harvest Food Bank in Orange County

Bob Cretel, CPCU, is a unit manager in the claims department in the Auto Club of Southern California. With over 35 years of insurance, in markets spanning from coast to coast as well as in many fields of insurance, Bob now manages the total loss department, recovering millions of dollars for The Club. On his free time, Bob enjoys rock climbing and wind surfing.
Leah Young is currently the Career and Professional Development Advisor at Cal State Fullerton, Center for Insurance Studies. She worked in the insurance industry 30+ years on the commercial product management and underwriting side. Leahreceived her CPCU designation in 1993, AMIM and Are designations in 1995.
Al Gorski is the Chief Risk Officer of the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) in Orange,
California. He is also an Adjunct Professor at California State University, Fullerton and teaches Principles
of Insurance and Commercial Insurance courses. Throughout his industry experience, he was the
Western Regional Claims Manager for Kmart Corporation and the Corporate Risk Manager for the US
Operations of Underground Technology Incorporated. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science
from California State University, Northridge and a Masters of Public Administration from California State University, Long Beach
California. He is also an Adjunct Professor at California State University, Fullerton and teaches Principles
of Insurance and Commercial Insurance courses. Throughout his industry experience, he was the
